Global Survey is a project which collects opinions and expectations on sustainability issues, including sustainable development goals, in as many as possible countries worldwide.
The Institute for Corporate Social Responsibility is one of the project promoters.
Ciljevi održivog razvoja (SDGs) are intended to achieve a better and more sustainable future for all. They are a unique call for action to end poverty, protect the planet, and ensure peace and prosperity for all countries. The SDGs define the global challenges we face today, including poverty, inequality, climate and environmental change.
The goals are interconnected and it is important that each of them is achieved by 2030.

The results of Global Survey show a concrete need for action to raise awareness and understanding on the political and social importance of the SDG in all relevant target groups and the entire population.
A broad and consistent awareness-raising campaign based on the Agenda 2030 may be an appropriate measure.
Governments, in cooperation with science and education, the economy, civil society and the media, can set up initiatives in their countries to develop and apply appropriate concepts for the dissemination of the SDGs with practical recommendations for everyday life.
Joachim Schlange, General manager of S&C, assesses survey positively but is critical of its results: “A global survey has achieved global coverage and notes both individual and professional perspectives – which is unique. Now is the time to take measures to achieve the SDGs by 2030. “
The global survey is funded by the German Federal Ministry for Environment, Nature and Nuclear Security, and conducted by the German sustainability consultancy Schlange & Co. (S & C). The Yale Center for Business and Environment (CBEY) was commissioned as an academic partner for scientific support.
