Managing greenhouse gas emissions starts with good data. We help organizations calculate their carbon footprint, identify key sources of emissions, and define targets and measures to gradually reduce them.
Calculating their carbon footprint is an important foundation for sustainability reporting, setting climate goals, developing transition plans, and meeting the increasing demands of customers, investors, and regulators.
We calculate greenhouse gas emissions in accordance with the GHG Protocol, including Scope 1, Scope 2 and, where applicable, Scope 3 emissions. We help collect and analyze data and improve processes for quality emissions monitoring and sustainability reporting.
Based on the calculated carbon footprint, we identify the key sources of emissions and the possibilities of their reduction. We help in setting climate goals, including goals aligned with SBTi guidelines and criteria, and in creating transition plans with concrete measures and indicators of progress.
New service in preparation: verification of embedded emissions for the needs of CBAM
IDOP carries out activities aimed at establishing a verification service of built-in emissions for the needs of CBAM, in accordance with the requirements for accreditation, independence and impartiality of verifiers.
After obtaining the appropriate accreditation, the service will include independent verification of data on installed emissions and associated documentation in accordance with the applicable requirements of CBAM.
Contact us to jointly define an approach to carbon footprint calculation and/or emissions reduction tailored to your organization's needs.
